Creation Notes:
I created these characters as human, because they are humans changed to construct form. I then gave some additional skills, powers, hindrances, etc. Based on the form they were magically given by the Enchantress. (i.e. After Creating them I give then the Small Hindrance and apply the Modifier to the toughness) With Chip I cheated a little and gave him two Major Hindrances. I figure to Major Hindrances give the same number of points to spend as One Major and two minor hindrances. But then When i gave him the Small modifier. I only applied the Effects, and did not allow him to spend the 2 power points that come with a Major Hindrance.
