Disney's Phoebus
Description: Golden Hair, Dark Eyes, and not the only person in the film with a Goat.
Summoned to Paris by the Minister of Justice, Jean Claude Frollo, to act as Caption of the Guard after a two decade absense; Phoebus finds that Frollo is so caught up in his self righteousnes that he's declared war against the Gypsies and is willing to do anything (including, ordering the death of an innocent family) to discover the location of the Gypsy Hideout known as the Court of Miracles.

Creation Notes:
I had no Idea where to start with Phoebus, I could barely remember his name. So I watched the movie again—which allowed me to write up both Esmeralda and Phoebus. The Figure looks like he has Plate arms (vambrace), and gauntlets, but in referencing the film he is wearing a Tunic and Gloves—the figurine is just cheaply painted (it's a Burger King Toy, you can't really expect much) his arms should be blue and the Gloves should be brown.
